Now that the dust has finally settled, I want to thank you for all your help in arranging for The Touch to play at Festive In Flip Flops Innaugural Hamptons Summer Bash on Saturday, August 20th, at The Bridgehampton Tennis & Surf Club. Wow! We are still in awe of your talent. We could not have booked a better band for our wedding. Our family and friends are still raving about how good you were. Thank you for making our wedding music so memorable!

We had such an amazing night and The Touch definitely was a huge part of the reason. Thank you so much for all of your help. The band was absolutely amazing and everyone still talks about it!! Everyone was also talking about how nobody sat down - it was a great dance party all night. The photographer said he never saw anything like it in all his years. We were so happy with the band and the music they played at the end of the night was awesome - we loved it and did not want the night to end! I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to both you and The Touch for making our wedding so special. They did an amazing job and we are still hearing from people how much they enjoyed them. In fact, a number of our guests have been spreading the good word to people they know who are getting married, and I've had to lend the video to a few people as well...Even our caterer was impressed with them (hey, that might mean even more recommendations/affairs for them!)

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were and how The Touch helped make our wedding day even better! My feet were killing me by the end of the night, but I didn't care - I was hearing the music I love to dance to! And Barbara, you were a pleasure to work with, as well, and helped reassure me when I had my doubts about songs. Thanks again for everything, and don't be surprised if you start hearing from even more people with requests for booking them!

I am writing to you once again to thank you for your assistance in making our Summer Party a huge success. We at Enterprise Rent-A-Car were fortunate enough to have you make a last minute recommendation two years ago. We could easily have been without entertainment when the band we intended on having dismantled. Luckily, The Touch was available for our event. Our party organizers were hesitant to book [another] band, especially one that we had not heard in person. It was our first summer having a party instead of a company BBQ. It was decided that the party must go on. Our plans were to have The Touch set up outdoors. This would have been ideal for everyone, but the weather decided not to cooperate. Now we were really nervous. If the band was terrible we had no place to hide.

Two company Summer Parties later, our employees are still raving about The Touch and can't wait until the next party. Of course, they know that we wouldn't dare ask another band to do our party. The staff that works for the country club at our party, can't wait for that band to come back! In fact, at times during our parties, it is difficult to tell who is having more fun, our employees or the party staff.

Needless to say, our management decided, on the spot, that we would no longer have a summer BBQ. We were told to book a date for next year and to make sure that we could get The Touch. This past summer was our second party with The Touch. This time the weather was more cooperative and the band was able to play outdoors. Everyone had a great time. The Touch is a guarantee for a successful party. Our employees almost have too much fun with the band, joining them on the mic and in the spotlights. I still have employees who ask why we can't get The Touch to play at our Winter Party, as well. Barbara, maybe that isn't such a bad idea.

Many thanks for making our party entertainment a no-brainer each summer. It is a pleasure knowing that everyone - and I mean everyone - will have an amazing night. Tell The Touch we can't wait until next summer!

Just wanted to thank you again and The Touch for helping to make our wedding such a big success. And so much fun! Roy and I had an amazing time as did all our guests. The band rocked! Everyone is still talking about it. We will definitely recommend them to all our friends and use them ourselves for other parties.

We owe our gratitude to you and The Touch for making our wedding the success it was! Before I was even engaged, I knew I wanted The Touch to play at my reception! My husband and I had heard them before and thought they were fabulous. It turns out that booking The Touch was the BEST decision we made during our wedding planning! I have been to lots of weddings and have heard numerous bands, but no one else even comes close to The Touch. They were extremely professional, courteous, on time, organized, worked well with my catering director, maintained a comfortable [volume] level of music, and most of all, they brought the house down!! The dance floor was crowded ALL night long (literally!). They were AMAZING!

The Touch conveyed a wonderful sense ofenthusiasm to the crowd that was simply irresistible. All of the guests enjoyed them; you could tell by the packed dance floor! I cannot tell you how many people have asked my husband and I how we found such a great band! I still run into people who comment about the fantastic music at my reception. A few people have already asked me for your phone number to book them for upcoming events!

In addition, you were extremely supportive and a pleasure to work with. It was great to feel so confident in you and in the band throughout this (sometimes stressful) wedding process. Our reception was a huge success due to The Touch. We are grateful for the experience we had with them.

I would jump at the chance to book The Touch again. We have already been trying to think of an excuse for a party just so we can have them play!

We cannot say enough positive things about this band. Barbara, please feel free to use us as a reference. Do not hesitate to have anyone call us who is considering The Touch for an event. We will tell them that they cannot possibly go wrong by hiring this truly amazing and talented band.

As expected, you guys were terrific! We had a blast dancing the night away. Our guests were blown away, and could not believe how good you guys were! One of our guests had to come over and ask us if Jeff was lip synching to Etta James' "At Last". He couldn't believe it was really him! Thanks for bringing such great music and fun to our celebration. A great band makes a party great, and you made ours outstanding.

Thank you so much for making the happiest day in our lives even happier. Alice and I have been "groupies" for the past few years, and when we know we are going to hear you, we are guaranteed to have an incredible night; Well, our wedding was no different. Alice and I were both sure that with your voices, music and extreme talents, our wedding would be great; but IT WASN'T; it was PERFECT!!! We know these words are strong, but a band makes a good party great. And our band, our friends, The Touch, made our wedding day perfect. We will never forget the great contribution you made to our memories, hearts, and lives. You, The Touch, have "touched" us forever.

Stephen and I have been together for five years and were engaged in September. Before we talked about which city, which venue, etc, we both knew we wanted The Touch. We have seen you several times at the Resilien Christmas party as Stephen was a close friend and employee of Rob and Therese Joslin's as well as the rest of the Resilien family. (Many of whom will be at the wedding)

I actually think one of the first times Stephen ever used the "M-word" with me was after a night of dancing, a feat in itself since Stephen is a professional non-dancer. He said, "if we ever get married, I want to have The Touch play at the reception."

So here we are, and we are so very excited. We just moved back from seven years in London and we will have a number of British friends at the wedding; we didn't realize, until we looked at your full play list, that you do a number of great Brit-Band covers, as well as the favourites from each generation, that will get our parents and their friends, our friends, and the younger atendees on the floor!

Anyway, I cannot tell you how much we are looking forward to showing you off to our friends and family and we very much believe that you are a most - if not THE most - integral component of a night that hopefully will be filled with fun, all kinds of crazy dancing, laughter, and countless memories!

As I walked into Cipriani's for the gov's opening bash, I heard a great band playing an incredible set of songs. Everyone was saying that it was the best band they had ever heard; they couldn't believe how versatile the singer is; the band sounds phenomenal. As the night wore on, the songs went back to the 70's and 80's and people were dancing where they stood, and even moved tables in the front.

Imagine my surprise, when at the end of the night, the singer announced the final song, and said, "Thank you. We are The Touch." A wave of recognition came over me as I thought, "No wonder why the band sounds so great, I remember going across LI to watch them play in the late 80's and 90's" Just wanted to let you know that you sound as great as ever, and all the Republicans were impressed at how you made it a "Grand Old Party"

THANK YOU for making our wedding day so much fun and so memorable! We got married on 11/6 at the Milleridge Inn and we had a blast!

Our guests were so impressed with the band and of course so impressed with Jeff’s range! For an afternoon wedding, Matt and I thought they had the right ‘touch’!

The mood was perfect and everyone was on the dance floor! Even little grandpa! Also, we thought Jeff did a great job singing our song – "Come What May"!

Jeff may remember me as I surprised Matt with a new car at the end of the night! I think he took some pictures!

I would just like to start by saying you all, without a doubt, made our wedding day! We were married on Friday, Sept. 2, 2005. From start to finish the dance floor was packed and the entire party was up and on their feet. We were so excited. People have been calling us ever since telling us it was the best wedding they had ever attended because the band was so great! You played every song to perfection and you have two new groupies for life in my husband and myself! We would just like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day the most fun day ever. (P.S. my maid of honor just booked you for her wedding this August and we can't wait!)

I wanted to write to you and would like for you to pass this email on to each and every member of The Touch band. They were better than the last time we saw them at my sister, Laura McCann-Chapman's wedding a couple of years ago. They were absolutely amazing! Jeff is wonderful! What a professional and so concerned that everything is going to be the way you want it to be. I have never met a more conscientious group of young men. And you were right - the sound techs they have are second to none! The music was a perfect level when it came to loudness. They were perfect.

I have never seen a band play so many different artists and sound EXACTLY like the artist and their song. Unbelievable! People were coming up to us during the reception and even the next day and wanted to know how we discovered such an awesome band.

I can't thank you enough for everything. And the last minute surprise dance for Mike and I was so amazing. And, once again, you would have thought they were playing the CD, it sounded EXACTLY like Karen Carpenter and the music, right down to every single note. What a very special surprise it was for Mike and I. We were speechless and it felt like we were married all over again! We will never forget that moment and we will never forget the wonderful time we had because of The Touch.

We also want to know if The Touch plays in concert where we can go and listen to them? Or do they play anywhere where we can go and dance? We'd pay whatever it costs to enjoy them again and again!

Oh and one more thing - I want to personally thank Jeff and the band for playing my most FAVORITE song, "Living on a Prayer" by BonJovi. That was the icing on the cake!!!!

We wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how excited we are to have you play at our upcoming wedding. When we got engaged the only thing we knew for certain that we wanted at our wedding was to have "The Touch" play. In fact, the first wedding-planning phone call we made was to your manager, Barbara, to check on your available dates, and we looked into our wedding dates based on when you could be there! We know that we (and all of our guests) will have a blast at our wedding with you there.

I understand that there was a scheduling problem which we ran into, and that one of your band members even changed some of his own personal plans to accommodate our wedding. We cannot thank you enough.
It's hard to convey in this note how appreciative we are that you would go so far out of your way to make our wedding day so special. It's a huge, huge deal to us, and it really means a lot to us.
Knowing that you guys will be playing at our wedding has made us breathe a huge sigh of relief. We are so excited!

I just had to let you know how awesome the Touch was! Our party was a huge success and it was largely due to the Touch. Everybody loved them! I received so many emails the next morning and you should see the pictures!! Everbody had a blast!! How in the world do we find a way to thank you? You all were truly amazing and outperformed our expectations. And "my songs".... the organized rehearsals, set up by Bob. The emails, follow-ups, covert phone calls....an unbelievable courtesy to help me pull off my wedding gift to my husband. And BOY was he thrilled, as if the band couldn't tell when he came up and almost threw me over his shoulder with joy. The pictures tell it all and I will definitely send a couple of them to the band.

We were truly amazed with The Touch. We saw them perform at the Duff wedding about four years ago and thought they were unreal and had to have them. To out-do yourselves again....we couldn't believe it! And the surprise Nelly Furtado song that they knew I loved....

Can you tell? I loved The Touch. Each member is fantastic.

Well, here we are, almost six months after our wedding day, and as I sit down to write our thank yous, I can honestly say we are still getting compliments on our awesome band! We could not have dreamed of a more perfect wedding day & we would like to thank you once again, from the bottom of our hearts, for playing such an important role in making our day so wonderful!

It was truly an enjoyable experience to work with you, Barbara, to plan our music. You were always so warm, friendly and helpful to us! From the very beginning we had a sense that you genuinely cared about the success of our wedding day & we felt comfortable to put our trust in you & boy did that pay off for us - big time! Thank you for everything you did for us!!

As for the amazing band - the talent, professionalism, warmth and good heartedness of each one of your members truly astounds us! Our guests were amazed by how long your sets were & your music selection had the dance floor packed the entire night!

Thanks to all of you the evening surpassed our wildest expectations.

Even beyond the wedding, we would also like to thank you for making us feel so special the first time we came to see you at Rory's after the wedding! You are a genuine class act! We look forward to seeing you again soon!

So where should I begin? The Touch were absolutely "kick ass" awesome. The first thing everyone who came to the party said was where'd did you get the band. They were fantastic. No surprise to me however. I expected them to be every bit as good. I had not seen them since 1991. Did not notice a difference. Better perhaps.

So as you know you did not have to sell me on the band in any way.  My wife and I, although never having seen The Touch together because we didn't meet until after college, had always talked about how good they were. Well our recollection and reality were and are right on.  From the first note of Bizarre Love Triangle to the last note of A Little Respect...they were absolutely awesome. I'm just a little sad that its over.

I want to get married again just to have the band play at another event. Perhaps when I'm married for 20 years we'll do something (15 now). I know several of my friends are already asking about the band for bar mitzvahs and private parties.

More than the band being great performers though, they are all pros and good guys which says a lot.  Jeff was a very good sport throughout the night. It was absolutely an honor to have The Touch play at Carita's party.  Frankly, the band made the night. They could have been playing in a club, a tent, or in my basement....the party was made because of how good the band was.
